That’s a great question! Sorry the answer isn’t so crystal clear. Every body is different. Your Spine+ therapist will be able to provide you with a more accurate timeline after your initial consultation. Rest assured, your therapist will work with you 1-on-1 to help create a plan that gets you feeling better faster.

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. We understand things happen... but a late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists' day that could have been filled by another patient who needs it.

As such, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the treatment or event cost. But let’s not get there yet?!

Our team of licensed and registered practitioners will be covered under your extended health coverage plans with your private insurance provider. If you are unsure if the service will be covered under your extended health plan, please contact your insurance provider.

No, you don’t need a doctor’s note to be assessed and treated by our practitioners. You can book here anytime! Some insurance companies do require a physician’s referral—it’s always a good idea to check with your insurance company.
